Shipping policy

During checkout, both Playavole Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping speed—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.

We offer the following shipping options:

No Rush

• Playavole Members: Free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders less than $50
• Guest orders: $7

Standard

• Playavole Members: Free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders less than $50
• Guest orders: $8

Expedited

• Playavole Members: $15
• Guest orders: $20

Express

• Playavole Members: $25
• Guest orders: $30

Please note, expedited and express shipping may not be available for all orders.

Free Same-day Pickup
Free for eligible orders. Learn more about getting in-store or curbside pickup at a participating Playavole store or Playavole Partner.

Pickup Locations
Learn how to have your order shipped (via standard shipping) to a pickup location.

• We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
• If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
• No Rush shipping is not available for select products, orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or for SNKRS orders.
• Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.
  
• Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
